Terms of Service

These terms cover how StreamBoost accounts, balances and orders work, and what is expected of you when you use the service.

About this document

This page states the operating rules of the service as it is actually built. It deliberately does not name a legal entity, a company registration or a governing jurisdiction, because those are facts about the operator rather than about the software. The site owner should add them before treating this as a complete legal agreement.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using StreamBoost, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide a working email address and verify it.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password private.
  • One person or organisation, one account. Creating accounts to evade limits or restrictions is not permitted.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
  • An account may be disabled for abuse, fraud, chargeback activity or breach of these terms. A disabled account keeps its history but cannot sign in.

3. Balance and payments

StreamBoost runs on a prepaid balance. You add funds, and orders are charged against that balance. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

  • Funds are added by card through Stripe, or by cryptocurrency through Heleket.
  • Balances are held in the currency shown at the time of payment and are recorded in integer cents.
  • Every movement of your balance is written to a ledger you can review in Billing.
  • Balance is credit toward StreamBoost services. It is not a deposit account and does not earn interest.
  • Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on-chain; the network fee and exchange rate are outside StreamBoost’s control.

4. Orders

An order is a request for a quantity of a service against a target you supply. The price is calculated on the server from stored configuration at the moment you order, and that is the amount charged.

  • You are responsible for the target you enter being correct and being something you are entitled to use the service on.
  • Your balance is charged when the order is placed.
  • Fulfilment is performed by a provider system, and delivery speed depends on that provider.
  • Progress shown to you reflects what the provider has reported as delivered. StreamBoost does not invent progress.

Order states

  • Queued — accepted, fulfilment not started.
  • In progress — being fulfilled.
  • Partially delivered — some of the quantity has been delivered. Where the provider supports continuation, the order stays active and StreamBoost keeps pursuing the remainder.
  • Completed — the requested quantity was delivered.
  • Cancelled — stopped deliberately. The record is kept; processing stops.
  • Failed — could not be fulfilled.

5. Provider availability

If a provider becomes temporarily unreachable, your order is not failed and not automatically refunded. It keeps its progress and resumes when the provider answers again. This is deliberate: an outage is information about the provider, not evidence that your order stopped.

6. Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancellation is available where the service and the provider support it.
  • A cancelled order stops being processed immediately and remains in your history.
  • Refunds are issued to your StreamBoost balance. Where an order is refunded, the amount is credited back and recorded in the ledger.
  • Delivered quantity is not refundable. An order that delivered part of what was requested is assessed on what was actually delivered.
  • Balance that has already been spent on delivered work is not returnable to your original payment method.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use StreamBoost to:

  • target an account, channel or property you do not own or have permission to act on;
  • break the terms of any third-party platform you direct a service at;
  • attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service or its infrastructure;
  • automate account creation, evade rate limits, or circumvent the anti-abuse system;
  • launder money, commit fraud, or use payment instruments you are not authorised to use;
  • resell access in a way that hides these terms from the end user.

You are responsible for complying with the rules of whatever platform you direct a service at. StreamBoost is not affiliated with Twitch, YouTube or any other platform.

8. Support

Support is provided through the ticket system in the support area. Messages may be machine-translated so that you and the support team can read each other; translation runs on the same server and ticket text is not sent to a hosted translation service.

9. Availability

StreamBoost is provided as-is. There is no uptime guarantee and no service level agreement. Maintenance, provider outages and infrastructure failures can interrupt the service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StreamBoost is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for lost profit, or for any action a third-party platform takes against you. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

11. Changes

These terms may change as the service changes. The date at the top reflects the last substantive revision. Continuing to use StreamBoost after a change means you accept the revised terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using StreamBoost at any time and request account deletion through support. StreamBoost may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Financial records are retained after termination because they are records of transactions that actually happened.

13. Related policies

The Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Security page form part of these terms.
