StreamBoost is prepaid. You add funds to a balance and pay per order — there is no subscription, no monthly fee and no plan to choose.

The quoted amount is charged from your balance when the order is placed. Nothing recurs.

These are the preset amounts in checkout. You can also enter a custom amount between $1.00 and $1,000.00.

How a service price is calculated
Each service is configured with one of four pricing models. Whichever applies, the figure is computed on the server from stored configuration at the moment you order — the browser never calculates the price and never sends one back.
Fixed
One price for the service, whatever quantity is requested. Used where the work does not scale with quantity.
Per unit
A price for each unit delivered. Computed in millionths of a currency unit internally, so long quantities do not accumulate rounding error.
Per thousand
A price per 1,000 units, which is how most fulfilment is quoted. Your quantity is priced pro rata.
Tiered
Bands of quantity, each with its own per-1,000 rate, so larger orders can be priced differently from small ones.
Live prices for every service are shown in the service catalogue, along with the minimum and maximum quantity each one accepts.

Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are credited back to your StreamBoost balance and recorded in your ledger. Quantity that was actually delivered is not refundable. Where a service and its provider support cancellation, an order can be stopped — it leaves active processing immediately and stays in your history. The full position is in the Terms.
What is not charged for
There is no account fee, no minimum monthly spend, no charge for opening a support ticket and no fee for holding a balance. If an order cannot be fulfilled at all, you are not charged for undelivered work.
