Features
What StreamBoost does today — ordering, fulfilment tracking, recovery, billing, analytics and support in one place.
Order services from a real catalogue
Services, prices, quantity limits and target formats are configured in the application and read from the database. You choose a service, enter a target and a quantity, and see the exact price before confirming.
- Price is calculated server-side and re-checked at checkout
- Per-service minimum and maximum quantity
- Target format validated before the order is placed
Live order progress
Delivered quantity updates on the page as fulfilment happens, without refreshing. The browser holds one authenticated connection to StreamBoost — it never contacts a fulfilment provider, and no provider credential exists in the browser to leak.
- Progress, delivered count and remaining update in place
- Falls back to periodic refresh if the live connection cannot be established
- Progress only ever comes from what the provider reports as delivered
Automatic continuation and recovery
A partially delivered order is not treated as finished. Where the provider supports continuation, StreamBoost keeps pursuing the remaining quantity on its own, and keeps the order active through provider outages instead of failing it.
- Partial orders keep running until the target is reached
- Provider outages back off and retry rather than cancelling your order
- An unreachable provider never triggers an automatic failure or refund
Prepaid balance and billing
Top up by card or cryptocurrency and spend from a balance. Every movement — charge, refund, top-up — is written to a ledger you can read, in integer cents.
- Card payments via Stripe; cryptocurrency via Heleket
- No subscription, no recurring charge, no account fee
- Full ledger history, with refunds credited back to balance
A streaming analytics dashboard
Performance trends, viewers against chat activity, traffic sources and engagement by hour. Note that this dashboard currently runs on a sample dataset rather than a live streaming feed — your real order and balance history lives in Billing.
- 7, 14 and 30 day windows
- Viewers, followers, chat and watch hours
- Currently illustrative data, not a live feed
Support with translation
Tickets reach the people who run the service. Messages can be machine-translated so you and support can read each other — and translation runs on the same server, so ticket text never leaves it for a hosted API.
- Threaded tickets with live updates
- Self-hosted translation, not a third-party service
- Unread tracking so nothing is missed
Account security
Server-side sessions, bcrypt-hashed passwords, verified email, and optional sign-in with Google or Apple. Sign-in notifications tell you where a sign-in came from.
- Sessions revocable on the server, not just in the browser
- Email verification and single-use password reset tokens
- Automated sign-up and abuse blocked before an account is created
Available in five languages
The interface is translated into English, Spanish, French, German and Russian, and follows the language on your account.
- Language preference stored on your account
- Applies to the dashboard and the public site alike
Everything above works from one account
No plan to pick and nothing to switch on. Create an account, add funds when you want to order, and the rest is already there.
